proof of purchase from licensed kitchen)

Available hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Hourly Rental - $130 + 8.75% sales tax - NO SOUND / NO FOOD OR BAR - NO MINIMUM GUESTS
Three (3) hours minimum rental required including arrival and departure time
Hourly rate applies if the space remains open past the agreement time
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Available hours: 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Hourly Rental - $150 + 8.75% sales tax - with SOUND, FOOD OR BAR - 30 GUESTS REQUIRED
Four (4) hours minimum rental required including arrival and departure time
Hourly rate applies if the space remains open past the agreement time
Eighty five dollars (85) sound tech fee required if using the sound system
Full deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement and is not refundable
if the event is cancelled less than ten (10) business days before the event

Hourly Rental - $140 + 8.75% sales tax - NO SOUND / NO FOOD OR BAR - NO MINIMUM GUESTS

Eighty five dollars (85) sound tech fee required if using the sound system
