I have been cooking since I could climb on a chair and reach my mothers cookbooks. Originally from flushing queens I give credit to my family of great cooks and the restaurants i was taken to in my youth. It is my passion but most of all my hobby and I only see it as such. Watching everyone go silent while they try a morsel of my food is one of the greatest joys and best sounds. - Vanessa
