"I want people to feel joy and love, because I sing it that way. I try to only sing about things I know and feel so that it can continue to resonate. The legacy I want to leave as a musician and artist is resonance. " Curtis

Born and raised in Buffalo, Curtis Lovell began to sing at the age of four. It was then that her mother, the late Lorna C. Hill, discovered her child had perfect pitch. An artist, musician, actress, entrepreneur, and healer, Lovell’s music has matured over the years, supported by her immediate and extended family, as well as from growing up around theater and other legendary musicians.
Curtis Lovell is developing this next album which is set to release this summer.
Curtis wants to invite you to watch the process of choosing music and other audio pieces for his project. A mix of audio of his loved ones and work collected during the pandemic. This concert is in honor of his mother, Lorna C. Hill, founder and artist director of Ujima Theatre Company.
Thanks for supporting PAUSA art house, our musicians and live music in Buffalo. "Life is better with friends"
